On the Rancheria Creek between Yorkville and Boonville in the beautiful Anderson Valley in Mendocino Co California
The Guest House is a completely separate house with 3 bedrooms (two queens and a double), two baths, living room, and a compact but complete kitchen with full size refrigerator, stove, microwave, etc. The master bedroom suite has a small private deck. The other queen is in the sleeping loft located over the living area, accessed by a circular stairway. If going up the circular stairway is daunting, there is an additional bedroom with a double bed on the main floor. There is central heating and air conditioning throughout. The living room has a gas fireplace for atmosphere. On the lower level, accessed from outside, is an authentic Swedish sauna, another half-bath, and full size washer and dryer. The house has a four adult limit. All linen and towels are provided. No pets or children, please.
Anderson Valley includes Yorkville, Boonville, Philo, and Navarro -charming villages on the way to the coast (35 miles) ending at Van Damme State Park. The coastal art colony of Mendocino is just a few miles further north on Hwy 1. Many wonderful tasting rooms (as well as a Brewery) are located throughout the valley. Take a nature hike in Hendy Woods or visit farm stands and shops.
The Guest House rate is $300/night. There is a two-night minimum.
Deposit to hold dates is one night's rent = $300.
Total cost for two nights is $600 plus 11% local taxes for a total of $666.
Refund of deposit is possible if cancellation is received two weeks before visit.
